Indra Santosa

Built by Dad.

Founder. Builder. Systems thinker. Occasionally sleep-deprived.

I write about AI, software, and product strategy — and what shipping things at 2am taught me about raising a family. Notes from inside the machine, and from the nursery.

topics

Two systems, one operator.

The overlap between shipping software and raising humans is bigger than you'd think.

about

From inside the machine.

I'm Indra — I spend my days designing systems for enterprise AI and product strategy, and my nights (increasingly, my very early mornings) figuring out fatherhood one iteration at a time.

This site is where those two disciplines meet. Not because they're the same thing, but because the underlying practice is — build carefully, ship honestly, stay patient with the process, and take good notes along the way.

No polish for polish's sake. Just what I'm actually learning, from the machine and from the mess.
